By restoreing your phone, you do not lose any data. Phone restore is used mostly when your phone is lagging, freezing or frozen. Follow the steps listed below to restore your phone.
Step 1: Hold both the Home button and the Power button until the screen goes black
Step 2: Once the screen is black release the Home button but keep holding down the Power button.
The phone should be turning back on.
YOUR iPHONE IS NOW RESTORED.
